Protest dismissed

The Stewards of the Meeting met on 25th October 2011 in Geneva in connection with the protest submitted on 25th September 2011 by Cersanit Rally Team representing the crew No 2 Michał Sołowow / Maciej Baran against the car of the crew No 4 Kajetan Kajetanowicz / Jarosław Baran.

After the hearing of the information by the FIA Technical Delegate and after due deliberation the Stewards of the Meeting decided:

- to declare the protest ill-founded on the ground that all investigated parts are in conformity with the regulations
- to declare the Official Final Classifications of 68th Rally Poland as definitive

Cersanit Rally Team did not appeal against the decision.
